Three people were threatened at gun point when a Woodbridge house was robbed Tuesday. Two male suspects broke into the home of Giovanni D‘Aversa on Franci Street and threatened his mother and another elderly male at gun point and then bound them. The two suspects ransacked the bedrooms. When Mr. D‘Aversa‘s son returned home, he was confronted by the two suspects. He struggled with them, but they put a gun to his head. The two suspects then fled taking with them $40,000 in Canadian cash and another $2,000 in American currency. A quantity 'of jewelry was also taken in the robbery. Woodbridge Fire Department responded to the scene. and were able to confine fire damage to the one room, although the remainder of the house suffered smoke and water damage.
