Through his stock car Ever since he was a child. 22-year-old Bill Stephenson has wanted to race stock cars. “They used to lake me to see my dad race." said Bill‘ "and since then I‘ve alWays wanted to race." Bill‘s father. former councillor and well known business man in town. Dave, Stephenson. raced stock cars at Pinecrest, the CNE and Ottawa for about seven years, Bill said.
