Oak Ridges Atoms bomb King City crew by 9-1 The fast-skating Little Kings had 10 players figuring in the scoring with Grant O'Meara leading the parade with four goals and two assists. The other goals went to Shawn Douse, Jason Cairns, Sean Sanderson. Allen Munro and Gino Rulli. Things didn‘t go quite so well in their second game as they dropped a 4- 2 game to Stroud with the fourth goal scored into an open Oak Ridges net with only two seconds to go in the game. That final goal came only 21 seconds after the Little Kings almost scored to tie the game. Jason Cairns and Grant O‘Meara scored the goals for Oak Ridges. The Kings are at home to Oro next Tuesday. The Oak Ridges Peewees, in the meanâ€" while. were taking King (‘in into camp by a 4-1 score with Mark Shepherd showing the way with two goals with singles to Guy Brown and David Koteff getting the others. Koteff also drew three assists with singles Peter Narduzzi 'and Ronnie Rawding. The Oak Ridges Alex Brockton Midgets ran into tough opposition from Sutton losing 4-2 with Alex Brockton and Rodney Gilchrist getting the goals and Carl Barry picking up an assist. This was an evenly matched game with the score tied 2â€"2 halfway through the third period when Sutton pulled away. Oak Ridges pulled its Gulf goalie with a minute left but was unable to score.
