Errol Michael Figuera. 25, became upset and had to be restrained Monday as his trial for the murder of Richard Lusk entered its second week in Toronto. What upset Figuera was the testimony of York Regional Police Con» stable Bill Whyte who said he saw blood on the accused’s hand and on the murder weapon. a large knife. t The judge ordered a 20- minute recess until Figuera sgttlgd down. Figuera is charged with second degree murder as a result of a dispute a year ago August in the hallway of a Thornhill apartment building. During the dispute, Richard Lusk, a resident of Oak Ridges. was celebrating his birthday when he was fatally stabbed and several others of the Lusk party were wounded.
