Most area schools are preparing for the Christmas holidays w i t h s p e c i a 1 programs. At St. Anthony‘s Separate School, Masses will be held at the school on D e c e m b e r 2 0 celebrated by Rev Thomas Chidlow of St. Luke's Parish. Mass will also be said at St. Luke‘s Separate School on the same day. At St. Anthony’s students will present a Christmas concert» for parents and students directed by Cathy MacDonald. There will be a Christmas play, choir singing, and a dance band. The choir will visit Elmwood Manor, Richmond Hill on December 19 to entertain. CHRISTMAS PRAYER At Holy Trinity Anglican Church, 'Ihomhill, there will be special Christmas Family Services on December 24 at 5 and 7 pm. The services will include the Christmas pageant for children, a special Christmas blessing for children and the lighting of the Christmas Candles. At 11:30 pm. the Christmas Eve Choral Eucharist, by can- dlelight, takes place with a traditional sermon by Rector Rev. RE. Grisdale. On Christmas day, Rev. Philip Poole will conduct the Christmas Choral Eucharist at 10 pm. and will also deliver the sermon. HOLY COMMUNION At Christ the King Lutheran Church, the Christmas Candlelight Service will take place at 7:30 pm. The Christmas Day Festival Service with Holy Communion conducted by Pastor Rev. Ray Elberson Starts at 11 a.m.. December 25. A Carol Service will be held at the 11 am. service on Sunday December 30.
